I am looking for a used car. I might pay it cash if it%26#039;s under $10,000. If not, I%26#039;ll finance but not over $15,000.

Anti-lock breaks are only worth having during panic stops, or on wet or iced roads. Otherwise, just sits there like those pesky airbags. Anyway, I believe it is standard on all newer vehicles. In the U.S. anyway.
