its under finance. and im going some place for good. i have 3 months only with my car with less mileage.
I bought a new car and i dont want it no more. whats my option?
Your option is to find someone who might want the car and would be willing to take over (assume) the car loan.
When you purchased the car, you entered into a %26quot;contract%26quot;...
you get the car and you pay so much per month until it%26#039;s paid off ...until then the car is NOT yours but belongs to the bank or finance company (who is holding the Pink Slip right now?).
As it stands right now, YOU and only you are responsible for the payments otherwise you default on the loan and your credit is ruined.

Everyday there are people on this site who have bought or leased cars like yesterday or 6 months ago and now have decided that they don%26#039;t want them anymore. They really think that our big brother government has created a law so that they can change their minds and the dealer has got to take it back. This guy has options: sell it, park it with the keys in it, sink it, burn it, surrender it (repo), ignore it, bury it, trade it for an I POD, or do what you contracted to do. Pay the payments.

You have two options
Sell it
Stop paying for it and let them repossess it.
Maybe your parole officer will take it off your hands.

I don%26#039;t get it, people are always on here saying they bought a car, and in no time at all, they want to get rid of it, and think they can just walk away. What the hell? You just bought the car, and haven%26#039;t even put a dent in the interest, let alone the principal. Your only have a couple options that aren%26#039;t going to ruin your credit, one is to find someone who can handle the financing and let them assume your loan, or sell it and hopefully get enough to pay your loan off, but that will probably be a stretch. You say you are going somewhere for good, does that mean you don%26#039;t need a car there? If you don%26#039;t mind ruining your credit, drive it somewhere, leave the keys in,doors unlocked and walk away.
