I paid a down payment on a car at Crystal Motors in Crystal Minnesota. I ran a vehicle history report on the car and was pretty pissed that they didn%26#039;t tell me that it had a lemon title. Now, they%26#039;re giving me an extremely hard time trying to get my down payment back. They told me to call back the next day when I went in because their finance person wasn%26#039;t there. So I did. Then, they told me it would be mailed out at the end of the month with a $15 finance fee. So I waited...nothing. What should I do now? I didn%26#039;t sign anything...

I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE A RECEIPT. DO THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME?
