I purchased a new car from a dealership exactly a month ago, and my plates expire and first payment are due in 15 days. I%26#039;m wondering why I havent recieved anything regarding the loan, or who my finance company is. Is this normal?

You should contact the dealership. If your payment is due, It%26#039;s due whether you%26#039;ve received the payment book or not. You don%26#039;t want to get repo%26#039;d waiting for the payment book to arrive.

it usually takes them some time to get this done,their slow,as you have learned,but you will get them,id call them tomorrow and remind them,they do sometimes forget things like this,but usually it takes around 4-5 weeks for them to get this done,good luck on it.

we just got an acura over in las vegas, and they took a while to get that info... just call and ask, and maybe theyll pick up the pace.
