The buyer says that he will givew me a downpaymet and the rest in monthly payments even if I charge him some interest. Can I do that????

Of course you can. But, do you trust them to pay? Are you willing to take them to court if they do not pay? Do you have enough money to wait for them to pay?

yes you can...just draw up a contract...but I do NOT advise it.

yes, you can. That would be stupid though. What if he runs off with your car and doesn%26#039;t pay you... What if he pays late every month?

Tell him to get a loan through roadloans.com or something, and then you will not have the stress of that. :)

Yes you can but I would not unless you know the buyer and all the paperwork is done by the dmv on the spot less you fiance agreement.

You can but he if he quits paying you will have to go through a legal progress just like a bank to repossess the car. Then you have to find the car, which maybe very tough

If you pursue this I would look for a resposible co-signer as that will show that the buyer is legitimate and responsible

and I would charge a lot of interest and look for a huge downpayment and weekly payments or the very least bi-weekly

and get everything in writing

i did that once and will never do it again.the guy disappeared for 6 months and finally paid me the money.by law i could not report it stolen and had to wait because hiring a repoman is very expensive.so my advice to you is DONT DO IT.
