So basically, I have a 2004 Mazda 3 SP23 model, its not in great condition theres a crack on the windscreen and the tyres squeak but its a decent car. Unfortunately due to it costing me so much money, I have fallen behind in my payments a lot lately. I cant get new finance because I have bad credit, and if I try and sell it privately I still owe 20,000 on it and I almost guarantee I wont get that. Is there any suggestions that can maybe help me to get rid of the car? And dont bother saying get a 2nd job because I already work a hell of a lot and cant get a 2nd job on my hours.

I%26#039;ve never tried this, so I don%26#039;t know it will work, but I%26#039;ll throw it out there anyways. Maybe put it up for private sale and simply put %26quot;Take over payments%26quot; on a sign on the windshield.
Also, does your car insurance cover windshield repair? I know quite a few policies do, and you may be able to get that fixed at no cost to you. You should check your policy.

I would suggest trying to get someone to take over your lease or just try to sell it and pay it all off or pay off what you can with the sale.
Here%26#039;s some free places to sell your car:
http://www.sellmyride.us (no registration)
http://www.craigslist.org (no registration)
http://www.vehicletrader.net (registration required)

Here are some paid sites where you can sell your car:
http://www.cars.com
http://www.autotrader.com
http://www.carsdirect.com
http://usa.motoseller.com
Or you can try sites like: http://www.swapalease.com or http://www.leasebusters.com to see if someone will just takeover your lease.
Either way, good luck mate!

%26quot;Unfortunately due to it costing me so much money, I have fallen behind in my payments a lot lately.%26quot;....what does this mean? You are in over your head and you work too much already to get another job...so, your options are very limited. You are already behind and just now thinking about getting out of this situation? Sounds like you are very irresponsible in your finances and not interested in sacrificing anything to correct them.
To do the right thing you must be willing to go way out of your comfort zone...WAY OUT.
Here are some ideas...radical, but if you want to grow-up...:
1.Sell everything that is not essential in the most basic survival way. You only need clothes and food. Take that money and get caught up on your obligation.
2.Find some more income. If it%26#039;s a paper route or an extra job or mowing lawns, cleaning houses..whatever.
3.If you are living on your own, move out or get a room mate to help with expenses...this way you can afford to pay your payments.
I know you will probably reject these ideas, but when you look back on it later...destroyed credit and p.o.s. vehicle...you may begin to see it differently.
Good luck
