Where can i find the published BPLRs for car loans for the last three years?

BPLR - Bank Published Lending Rates.

Im looking at this information from the State Bank of Patiala but any bank is fine with me. I need this information to cross-verify if my bank is charging me interest on my car loan based on standard procedure and lending rates or are they taking me for a ride. I guess the RBI has standard rates of interest which other banks can follow. I need this information from Jan 2006 till date whenever they have been revised by the RBI.

Can any of the finance guys out there help me?
