ibought a peugeot 307 on finance last year.today i was online looking for an insurance quote and when i had to type in my reg plate it said my car was a toyota celia.worried i tried many more sites whic all said the same,what does this mean?have welcome finance sold me a ringer?

It may be a %26quot;data entry error %26quot;. i.e finger trouble in keeping records. The insurers all use the same database so it may just be one single error that keeps coming up via different companies. Certainly, though, you should speak to DVLA.

oh god welcome finance....had so much trouble with them and my car too.....damn thing had been in an accident but they never told me that untill i had it inspected ...get a hpi check done on that car and if it is a ringer get on to welcome and really take them to town on this .....also see a lawyer over it too ...but if it is a ringer welcome have knowingly sold u a stolen vehical or a very dodgy one at best....i wish u luck mate i really do .
