Can i sale my car, i owe 13,000 on a Monte Carlo SS to the credit union they have paid the car off to?
if the insurance is paying for the car then you are basically paying nothing. If you change then you loose the insurance. They will not transfer to another car. Also... you owe too much probabily more than the car is worth... You have to satisfy the credit agency and pay it in full before they will release the title. People will not buy the car becasue it doesnt have a clear title. You could try to sell it and put in the advert that you owe on it and will have the money payed straight to the credit agency.... but I doubt anyone will really do that .. also You wont get enough to buy another car. And ... when you go to a dealership they will not finance you while you are on diasability....
Yo are best off keeping the car .. the insurance is paying for it... yo payed for the insurance why get yourself into more debt just becasue you want a new car.

The beauty of owning a chevy is that it%26#039;s basically worthless after three years... you%26#039;ll figure that out. Eventually.

Pull another loan and pay it off to get the title.

if you dell your car and it is worth 10000. you owe 13000 you will have to pay the diffrence. if the credit union buys this car the will give you wholesale on this. you can go on kelley blue book and find out the value. you can trade it in also and get a new car but with no job it will be hard to get you a loan. i hope this helps

U can not sell the car ! until the car title says that u are the offical owner of the vehicle it is not your. actually we all say that the cars that we are driving in are ours. yes we make monthly payments on the car, we get new 24`s inch wheels on the car, oil change etc. but in realiltiy it is the banks car . u have to look at it this way if the car is really yours, then stop making payments on it for a month or two etc. and after a couple of months see if u still have your vehicle. that is why so many people get excitied when they have finally paid their car off. now if u would have paid cash for your vehicle when u first brought the car, and would have not went through a bank or credit union, then yes you could have sold your car. if i were you i would wait until u got your balance on your car down under at least $10,000. like for example $9,995. because if u don`t , for some reason it would be considered a negative balance. meaning that what ever you still owed on your trade in vehicle they would add that to your next car. meaning that, lets say that the dealership wants to give u $7000, for you Monte`Carlo. and you go ahead and accept that, you still would have a balance of $6000 dollars on you old car. what the dealership does in some cases, will go oh ahead and pay your old car off, just to get you in to a new one or next vehicle. but what they will do is combined what was left over from your last vehicle on to your new one. and there is alot of other ways how they do that .so that is just one example. best of luck to you.

It%26#039;s hard to read your rambling, but if you owe money on the car it isn%26#039;t yours to sell, it belongs to whoever holds the title. Since you aren%26#039;t the owner, no you can%26#039;t sell it. You can%26#039;t sell my car either since you don%26#039;t own it.

If your insurance is paying the car note why would you want to sell it. Until they stop, you have a free car. You are on disability, keep the car and stop day dreaming about things you can%26#039;t afford.
