I refinanced my car and took someones name off it. I lost the title before I took that other persons name off it. Now I have someone that wants to buy my car. In IL if I take a bill of sale and a lien release from my auto finance company, to the DMV, can the buyer and I get him a new title and get this all squared away? PLEASE HELP!!!!
